Books have been my friend ever since my past life hahaha wait, no I don't even know what I have been so don't make assumptions, like no.
I need to bring one everywhere I go even though I don't read it / I'm being with my phone all the time.
You know what I like the best about books? You can actually gave that motivation or urge to collect them and read them. Later on you can freaking brag it to you nerd friends.
Now I have been saving for comics and the Games of Thrones series, THE WHOLE FREAKING SERIES. It is so tempting looking at the bookshelf like that with no money to own it D:
I have so much books that I think I own more than my dad's. I recently bought Alice's Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass written by Lewis Caroll. He wrote The Great Expectations that I don't even understand. My dad owns a big hardcover book of it. So fancy but I can't understand.
And there is the Da Vinci Code that I love so much. It is advised for Jesus followers to not rage over the contents, but seriously I can't even describe how awesome it is. My father and I even got tempted to visit the Louvre. Paris isn't all about romance please, there is so much history to it than you think and every part of France's history is gory but magnificient.
Now to go back to the famous author Lewis Caroll, man, I bet you didn't know he was this... wow.
Well even I can't actually explain it. I've never read Alice in the Wonderland from books but this is the first year I read it and it was like plain horror with a little mix of fantasy if you don't actually know the story line. There are so much riddles and relatively evil people in Wonderland and you thought they were just being naughty.
You'd probably want to forget about the Alice in Wonderland you saw on TV:
Disney made it child-friendly, Dreamworks made it realistic, Lewis Caroll made you blew your mind.
Every book will definitely make you feel one way the other. If you don't, you were probably wasting your time on my post. It is highly encourage to read the book and watch the movie, though you will rage on it, but why not have the best of both worlds?
UNITE BOOK LOVERS!
